These terms apply to Take Booth, the private teleprompter and recording tool run by Davidson Consulting LLC, doing business as Outbound with Claude ("we", "us"), on this website and in our iPhone app. By using Take Booth you agree to these terms.

Who it's for

Take Booth is an internal tool for our own team and people we invite to record videos with us. It isn't sold, and access can be removed at any time. Users must be 18 or older.

Your recordings

Only record yourself, or people who have agreed to be recorded. Recordings made in Take Booth are stored privately and used to produce Outbound with Claude videos.

Snap Camera Kit

The camera lens feature is provided by Snap Inc. through Camera Kit, and Snap's terms (snap.com/terms) apply to it.

No warranty

Take Booth is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost recordings or indirect losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
